Natural lamb, predominantly grass-fed.
Our Oxford/Corriedale crosses are raised on Maine pasture to produce a healthy environment, healthy animals and healthy meat. Animals raised on grass-based diets produce meat high in Omega-3 and CLA, which are believed to provide health benefits over the fats from animals raised on grain-based diets.
Our customers have been thrilled with the flavor of our meat; mild enough that non-lamb lovers become converts!
It is never too early to reserve your lamb.
